About our Doctor
Dr Eugena Tay
MBBS (Australia), GDFM (Singapore) | Family Physician
Dr Eugena Tay obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2014. She was recently awarded her postgraduate diploma in Family Medicine by the National University of Singapore and was conferred the title of Family Physician.
During her years of medical training, she has worked in various specialities including Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Family Medicine and Health-Screening.
Dr Tay’s interest in women’s health stemmed from working in the obstetrics and gynaecological department at National University Hospital. She then went on to work in the Accident & Emergency and Internal Medicine department to equip herself with essential skills and knowledge, before embarking on her journey as a general practitioner with Raffles Medical Group in 2017.
During her years there, Dr Tay gained extensive experience in the management of acute and chronic primary care conditions, as well as preventative medicine through health screening for both female and male patients.
Being one of the few female doctors at her previous place of practice, Dr Tay became proficient in female health screening and managing various women’s health conditions, whilst pursuing her passion in this field and empathizing with her patients. More importantly, her work serves as a ground to practice medicine with professionalism and in a non-judgmental manner, to serve everyone from all facets of life.
Dr Tay strives to provide individualised and holistic medical care for every patient. This includes a wide scope of health services such as general health-screening, women’s health, fertility screening, contraceptive counselling, preventive vaccinations, dermatology, family medicine and chronic disease management.
Dr Tay is also fully certified by the Aesthetic Dermatology Education Group and Dermatological Society of Singapore to perform aesthetic procedures including intense pulsed light therapy, pigment lasers, botox and fillers.
Dr Tay remains committed to providing quality healthcare in a comfortable and confidential environment.
